FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS

New Participants

All NEW vendors, performers, demonstrators, exhibitors, schools, that would like to participate in the Arizona Matsuri must fill out and submit the below New Vendor Inquiries form. Once submitted, your form will be reviewed by our Inquiry Committee.

You will be contacted, and if approved, you will be directed to fill out the respective vendor application (food, performers, etc.) for final approval and coordination.

Returning Participants

If you have participated in Arizona Matsuri in previous years, please fill out the respective application under Get Involved > Festival Participants in the the main navigation menu.
