Returning Merchandise Vendors

Please read and review the following guidelines and information that must be adhered to as a Merchandise Vendor at Arizona Matsuri.

Merchandise Vendor Applications for 2025 are available to returning vendors only. Please email azmmerchandise@azmatsuri.org to request an application.

After the application has been reviewed, returning vendors will be notified directly if their application was approved. All vendors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Arizona Matsuri’s rules, as well as insurance and safety requirements for booths that are contained in the packet.   All registrations fees must be paid online after you receive your approval notice and invoice.
