Raffle Donations

HOW TO DONATE RAFFLE ITEMS

2024 is the 40th anniversary of the Arizona Matsuri. The raffle proceeds will help offset some of the operating costs to keep it a free and traditional festival.

We are happy to accept your donation via email (gift certificates, letters of donation, links to order online, etc.) or via shipment (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), personal delivery or pick up. If needed, one the Arizona Matsuri Steering Committee members will be happy to pick up donations from your local business.

This is a wonderful and inexpensive advertising opportunity and your business will be exposed to many followers. We will list your company name and logo on our AZ Matsuri website, as well as in many social media posts and in our weekend festival program!

Throughout January, excitement builds as our social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) features businesses that have donated raffle items! When the Arizona Matsuri raffle ticket sales open on February 1, 2024, there is a rush to buy tickets. Throughout February our technology team continues to keep the raffle energy high by promoting donor businesses and the items that are donated. We encourage your business to promote the Arizona Matsuri raffle to your networks, telling them that you are a donor!

Raffle ticket sales run through the Arizona Matsuri weekend (Saturday and Sunday, February 24-25, 2024). At 4 PM on Sunday, February 25th, ticket sales close. Random winners are computer-generated through our computer raffle program at that time. The winners’ names are posted on our website within 48 hours and winners are quickly contacted via email notifying them of what they won and how to claim it.

You will receive a letter with tax receipt for your donation. The Arizona Matsuri is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
