Volunteer Registration

BECOME A VOLUNTEER AT ARIZONA MATSURI

All volunteers that would like to participate in the Arizona Matsuri must fill out and submit the below registration form. Once submitted, your form will be reviewed by our Volunteer Coordinator.

All volunteers under 18 years of age will also need to complete our Minor Consent Form and then e-mail the form to volunteers@azmatsuri.org.

​You will be notified that your form has been received, then you will be contacted again closer to the event with the volunteer schedule.
